Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

  • All Ampirevolt products are covered by a 12-month  limited warranty from the date of delivery.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • During the warranty period, we will repair or replace (at our discretion) any defective product or part at no charge.

2. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic damage).

  • Damage caused by using the product with non-compatible accessories or chargers.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers.

  • Loss or theft of the product.

3. Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team at Contact Us Page with your order number and proof of purchase.

  2. Provide photos or videos showing the defect.

  3. Our team will evaluate and, if approved, guide you through the return or replacement process.

4. Repair / Replacement

  • If the product can be repaired, we will repair it and send it back.

  • If repair is not possible, we will send a replacement unit (same or equivalent model).

  • Replacement items are covered under the original warranty period.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product.

  • Ampirevolt will cover the shipping cost of sending repaired or replacement items back to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Ampirevolt is not liable for indirect or incidental damages caused by product failure.

  • Our responsibility is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product.
